Education:
Eun received her Doctor of Musical Arts from University of North Texas where she studied Violin Performance under Phillip Lewis. Eun also has a minor in orchestral conducting. While at UNT, she was the recipient of Fred and Patsy Patterson String and Voice Scholarship.
Eun received her Master of Music in Violin Performance from California State University, Long Beach where she studied Violin Performance under Lorenz Gamma. Eun was the recipient of Bob Cole Scholarship and Music Performance Scholarship.
Eun received her Master of Music in String Pedagogy from Illinois State University under Sarah Gentry and Aaron Jacobs. Eun was the recipient of Bernard Eichen Scholarship.
Eun earned her Bachelor of Music at Kyungpook National University where she attended on Performance Scholarship.
In addition, Eun has studied violin performance under Bernard Zinck.
Experience:
Eun has over 17 years of experience as a concert violinist. She has been the concertmaster and a sectional violinist at various orchestras in Texas, California, and Illinois.
Eun has over 3 years of experience has a trained conductor. She has worked with college string projects and church youth orchestras.
Eun is passionate about teaching. She has served as an instructor for collegiate level violin performers. She enjoys teaching young musicians and has developed methods for teaching students with autism.
